WineOS has stepped into its second decade, opened with a symbolic toast by the fair’s godmothers: Professor Marija Ham, PhD, of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek; Osijek photographer and artist Marin Buljubašić Vojnović; and the distinguished actress of the Croatian National Theatre in Osijek, Ivana Soldo Čabraja. On Friday, 16 January, they thus marked the start of the two-day fair of wine, delicacies and good living that has once again placed Osijek on the map of important wine-and-gastronomy destinations in Croatia. With its eleventh edition, WineOS confirmed its steady growth – from humble beginnings in the Archaeological Museum to the modern fair venue where, for the third year running, winemakers, delicacy producers, experts and wine lovers from across the region and beyond come together.
