The eleventh edition of WineOS by Graševina Croatica, the largest regional fair of wine, delicacies and gracious living, will take place on 16 and 17 January 2026 in Osijek. Online registrations have also opened for business partners and journalists.
For exhibitors this is a chance to present new vintages, products and trends, while for business visitors it offers an opportunity for new partnerships ahead of the tourist and gastro season. B2B meetings, professional events and formal networking will be an important part of the official programme, announced Tomislav Panenić, director of Graševina Croatica.
Every year we record ever more accredited representatives of Croatian and international newsrooms who continuously follow the wine, gastro and tourism scene. Their articles, reportages, interviews and video features are key to spreading the unique story of the quality, authenticity and development of eastern Croatia as a wine and gastronomic destination, said Vinko Ručević, director of the WineOS by Graševina Croatica fair.
