This will be the 17th edition of the judging dedicated solely to wines made from Sauvignon Blanc, a variety planted on more than 120,000 hectares around the world. Entries are open until 6 March, by which time samples must also be delivered. More detailed information is available at sauvignonselection.com. Participation in the Sauvignon Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, held from 7 to 9 April in Varazdin, costs 150 euros per sample, with discounts granted for a larger number of samples. The organiser will publish the results of the judging on 20 April.
