The planting of the Sabatina 2025 commemorative vine and the workshops Old Varieties – Innovative Wines, Prc and Muscat Varieties in Dalmatia and Muscat Rose are just a small part of the programme on the opening day of the International Meeting of Winegrowers and Winemakers, held from 6 to 9 November 2025 in Bol at the Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa. Among the topics scheduled for Friday, 7 November, two stand out: Managing Green Cover the Organic Way and The Practical Use of Drones and Smart Devices in Viticulture, while at 8 p.m. there will be a formal presentation of the quality awards for open and young wines.
On Saturday, the schedule includes, among other things, a tour of the wine-growing and winemaking destinations and the cultural and historical landmarks of Bol – Paloca House-within-a-House, the Koloc Gallery, the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the Stina winery – followed by a reception on the Bol seafront at 1.30 p.m. In the evening there will be the ceremonial presentation of awards for the quality and presentation of bottled products, the announcement of the best wines, and a dinner featuring their presentation and tasting under the title Ball of the Champions. Sabatina is organised by the Cooperative Association of Dalmatia, and the detailed, exceptionally rich programme is published on their website.
