Sparkling wines from the finest wineries of Hilly Croatia, Istria and Kvarner, and of Slavonia and the Danube region, can be tasted at Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia on 7 and 8 November at the Princess Centre in Jastrebarsko. There will also be sparkling wines from other countries, along with Champagnes presented by wine distributors. The organisers are preparing intriguing workshops as well, such as a comparison of Champagnes from small and large producers, and of blanc de blancs and blanc de noirs, that is white sparkling wines made from white and from black grapes, along with a presentation of a sparkling map of Croatia, in other words bubbles from the different regions. The cocktail bar will offer unique sparkling-based cocktails, renowned chefs will see to the gastronomic offering, and there will be a rich entertainment programme that will culminate in a closing concert.
