The French Pavilion will set the stage on 7 February for the Petit Tasting, the event that opens Vinart Biz 2026. Visitors will be able to taste 76 wines here, with each vintner showing just one, their very best, sampled in direct conversation with the winemaker. The Biz will run in two sessions, the first from 1 to 4 p.m. and the second from 5 to 8 p.m., each pouring 38 wines. Tickets are available at 35 euros per session or 60 euros for both at https://biz-vinart.hr/ulaznice. Given its exclusive character, the number of participants is limited.
A programme of 25 wine workshops follows at the Esplanade Hotel Zagreb. The first 12 take place on Friday and Saturday, 20 and 21 February, with the remaining 13 workshops on 27 and 28 February. The wine workshops are a chance to get acquainted with a range of varieties, labels and regions; this year the Hungarian region of Tokaj will be presented in two workshops led by a guest from Hungary, wine expert Daniel Ercsey. Visitors will also be able to taste the reds of Tuscany, Chilean wines from the Montes winery, sit in on a masterclass devoted to the Posip variety, or take part in a wine-and-cheese pairing workshop. Tickets for the workshops are available individually or as day passes for each of the four days at https://biz-vinart.hr/ulaznice.
The two-day Silent Tasting has been the jewel of the Vinart Biz programme for the past three years. It is a tasting held in silence, allowing visitors to devote themselves fully to the wines. The Silent Tasting takes place on 4 and 5 March and brings a selection of 150 wines from Croatia’s four wine regions plus Herzegovina as guest region. The Silent Tasting is intended primarily for foreign and domestic journalists, and only a small number of tickets will be available on the biz-vinart.hr web shop.
The grand finale is the Vinart Grand Tasting trade fair on 6 and 7 March, with a selection of 150 wineries from Croatia and the wider region. All trade and press visitors must complete the accreditation form at https://biz-vinart.hr/poslovni-posjetitelji to secure free entry. A limited number of tickets is available to other visitors at 40 euros on the web shop https://biz-vinart.hr/ulaznice.
