On 16 and 17 January 2026, Osijek once again becomes the heart of the wine and gastronomy scene

The Economic Centre of the Osijek-Baranja County will host, on Friday and Saturday, 16 and 17 January, the 11th edition of the fair of wine, delicacies and good living, WineOS by Graševina Croatica. Across more than 2,800 square metres of exhibition space, over 150 exhibitors will present around 800 labels of wine and spirits from Croatia and abroad. Visitors will have the chance to taste wines from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Italy, France, Spain, Argentina and Moldova.Visitors taste wines and spirits at the WineOS 2026 fair in Osijek.

On the main stage, visitors can look forward to the Cooking Show by Podravka, where top chefs will prepare selected dishes and reveal their culinary secrets. Tasting is free, with an emphasis on food-and-wine pairing. This year’s educational programme also brings expert-led wine tours, every hour on the hour from 3 to 6 p.m., with sign-ups at the Croatian Sommelier Club stand. The tours are led by recognised authorities in sommellerie and wine education. Visitors can also look forward to the Masterclass workshops, intended for everyone eager to deepen their knowledge of wines and wine styles.Exhibitors present wines and delicacies at the WineOS by Grasevina Croatica fair in Osijek.

Interactive content also arrives with the HAPIH Blind Date. Visitors can try their hand at blind tastings and wine duels, putting their senses and their knowledge to the test in identifying wine labels. This year again there is the People’s Choice, the selection of the best WineOS wines by public vote. Visitors will have the opportunity to pick their favourites, and everyone who votes and leaves their contact details is entered into a prize draw for valuable prizes.
