Speakeasy, Compass Box and Jameson will pour Scotch and Irish whiskies at the masterclasses of the Whisky Standoff Festival, organised by the Croatian Whisky Society at Zagreb’s Hotel Dubrovnik this Saturday, 21 February, from 3 to 8 p.m. The workshops begin at noon and serve as a prelude to the Festival, where visitors will be able to taste more than 300 different whiskies, from the standard distributor range to rare bottlings drawn from private collections. Tickets are available on the website of the company Fine stvari. Festival tickets, too, will not be sold at Hotel Dubrovnik, but only in advance, on the website finestvari.hr.
