At the Plavi Podrum restaurant in Volosko, the final blend of the new vintage of the Teran Santa Elisabetta 2022 has been chosen. Nikola and Albert Benvenuti, owners of the family winery from Kaldir near Motovun, once again gathered a distinguished team of sommeliers and wine professionals who joined them, through blind tasting, in selecting the final blend of this cult wine. It is a process the winery has carried out since 2015. That year the first Santa Elisabetta was made, and the wine has since become a symbol of the dedicated work of this family estate. 
The Teran Santa Elisabetta will now be bottled by the winery’s team and left to rest until autumn, when it will be officially launched onto the market.
