Ice harvest at Radoš! Ilok’s Vina Papak pick frozen Graševina for the first time

After five years of patience, we have finally seen the conditions for an ice harvest. We picked the grapes at minus eight degrees, in snow nearly 30 centimetres deep, the team at Vina Papak proudly announced. It is their third ice harvest, and the first time they have picked frozen bunches of Graševina. What the wine will be like, we will know in two to three years.The ice harvest of Grasevina at the Papak winery takes place in the snow at minus eight degrees.
